- Check Your Email: We will send you an email to notify you that your return has been processed and the proper account is credited. You should expect the credit in your account 7-10 business days after we have received your return.
If you have misplaced your packing slip form, you can print out the order information from the my account section of our site (my account > view order > print order invoice), or simply include a piece of paper when you send your return back to us with your full name, email address, order number, the name/item number of the item(s) you're returning. If you cannot find your order or item number, please note you can access this information on the my account area of the site.
UrbanInstyle offers only the best brand names. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item in its original, unused condition (including all original packaging and tags) within 30 days for a full refund, less shipping costs.
